Fox Run Sober Living in Tewksbury, MA receives donation!

On February 9, 2021 we donated $5,000 to the Into Action Recovery Inc. Fox Run Sober Living Residence Program.

Into Action Recovery was founded in 2015 by a group of concerned citizens, all of whom have been directly impacted by the disease of alcoholism/ addiction.  What the members of this group concluded early on was that a lack of “quality, structured” aftercare and sober housing beds is major impediment to the recovery prospects of those who are in need of help.
The men’s program at Fox Run Sober Living has been operational since September 2018 and has already proven to be a success and a great help to a number of men in need of help.

Healthy Lincoln County, Damariscotta, ME receives donation!

On 12/26/2020, we donated $5,000 of the 2021 Benefit Sale Income to Healthy Lincoln County.

Healthy Lincoln County recently added two substance use prevention coordinators, who are working on numerous initiatives such as grandparents raising grandchildren group, supportive offerings for LGBTQ+ youth, resource development, and community-level work with their substance use prevention partnership. They have also become a tier 2 naloxone distributor, and have been working to train community organizations, schools, and individuals on naloxone use. Their goal is to normalize the idea of carrying naloxone and keeping it in your first aid kit, just like you would a Band-Aid.
